Refund policy

Batch 001 is an exclusive release of just 50 pairs, so size exchanges cannot be guaranteed. Please review the SZN Size Chart and Alexandra Fit Guide before ordering.

Returns

Unworn boots in their original condition and packaging may be returned for a refund.

Australian returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. International returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery.

Size exchanges

Because quantities are extremely limited, an exchange is only possible where the requested replacement size remains available when the return is processed.

Return conditions

• The boots must be unworn and in their original condition
• The original packaging must be included
• The product must be free from signs of wear or damage

Shipping costs

Australian orders receive complimentary shipping, with customers responsible for return postage to the SZN Footwear return address in Melbourne.

International customers are responsible for shipping charges, import duties, taxes, and return postage.

Starting a return

Contact hello@sznfootwear.com with your order number and reason for return before posting the boots. Return instructions and the correct return address will be supplied.
