Welcome to SZN Footwear. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sznfootwear.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
SZN Footwear is an Australian business, ABN 80 220 062 307, operating online at sznfootwear.com and offering premium footwear designed for women with larger feet.
2. Use of our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
- Use the website to transmit harmful or unlawful content
3. Products and availability
All products are subject to availability. Batch 001 of the Alexandra Boot is a limited release of 50 pairs.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur because of screen settings or the natural characteristics of genuine leather.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable Australian taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise.
International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
We may change prices at any time without notice, although this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of order through our approved payment providers.
5. Orders and order acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock.
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. A further email containing tracking details will be sent after dispatch.
6. Sizing
We strongly encourage customers to review the Size Chart and Alexandra Fit Guide before ordering because size exchanges cannot be guaranteed for the limited Batch 001 release.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection where accurate sizing information was made available before purchase.
7. Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on Australian orders.
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and return postage.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs processing.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted for unworn items in their original condition and original packaging, subject to our Returns & Sizing Policy.
Australian returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. International returns must be lodged within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty or not as described.
This policy operates alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SZN Footwear and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SZN Footwear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, except where that liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Promotional codes
Promotional and discount codes are subject to the terms stated when they are issued, including expiry dates, usage limits, and eligibility. Codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
